About Us

Our chapter was founded in 1994 by a small group of pilots and has grown to well over 130 members with an additional 100 followers or past members who have moved away over the years but still like to stay in touch with the good friends they made at the chapter through Google and Facebook. Membership in the chapter is open to anyone with an interest in aviation.

EAA Chapter 1073 is very active with many interesting programs throughout the year . Monthly Fly/Drive-In Pancake breakfasts are a big hit and are open to the public as well as our monthly membership meetings and guest presentations held on the 2nd Saturday of each month (weather permitting). During the year we also hold several large events like our Young Eagles program (our YE program runs from April through October)..
